 NWS/Dayton SkyWarn Spotter class cancelled

With pending order from the Governor and UD cancelling classes for the foreseeable future,

as well as guidance from the NWS Eastern Region Headquarters to postpone ALL face-to-face trainings

like this, we have no choice but to postpone the classes on Saturday March 14, 2020.

We do not at this time know when the class will be rescheduled. It's possible that we will not be able to have
it until late summer/early fall. Once we know, we will definitely let everyone know.
